01 — Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.maantravels.com or placing a booking with Maan Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
These terms apply to all services offered by Maan Travels including outstation taxi bookings, airport transfers, self-drive rentals, tempo traveller hire, luxury car bookings, wedding cars, and tour packages across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, and Delhi NCR.
02 — Reservations
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive an explicit confirmation from our team via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on route, vehicle type, and season.
- Partial advance payments, where required, must be made via UPI to the account details provided at booking. Full payment is due before or at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment screenshots must be shared with our team immediately after transfer to avoid delays in confirmation.
- We reserve the right to revise pricing for fuel surcharges, toll increases, or state-level tax changes with reasonable notice.
03 — Cancellations
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source. Wedding, luxury, and multi-day tour bookings may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
04 — Responsibilities
Service Conditions & Liability
- Maan Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or acts of God beyond our reasonable control.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are ready at the confirmed pickup location and time. Waiting charges may apply beyond a 30-minute grace period.
- Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be charged to the booking party at cost.
- Our drivers are professionally trained and licensed. Requests that violate traffic laws or driver safety will be declined.
- Maan Travels reserves the right to substitute a booked vehicle with one of equal or higher category in cases of emergency or mechanical failure.
- Maximum liability in any claim against Maan Travels is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
05 — Privacy
Privacy Policy & Data Use
Your privacy matters to us. Here is exactly what we collect and why:
What we collect
Name, phone number, email address, pickup/drop locations, and travel dates — provided by you at the time of booking or inquiry.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your booking, contact you about your journey, send receipts, and improve our services.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is never traded.
Third-party services
We use standard tools for payments (UPI), maps, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, then securely deleted.
